2 Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard is the central hub for monitoring your training progress and accessing key features.
Training Plan Status
View the current status of your training plan generation and any pending tasks.
Activity Sync
See whether Strava or Garmin Connect is connected and review recent synced activities.
Quick Actions
Access frequently used features like creating new plans or viewing your calendar.
Progress Overview
Track your training progress and upcoming milestones.
3 Plan Settings
The Plan Settings page allows you to configure your training preferences and generate personalized training plans.
Training Goals
Define your primary running goal (e.g., 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon) and target completion date.
Current Fitness Level
Provide your current weekly mileage and recent race times for accurate plan generation.
Training Preferences
Set your preferred training days, intensity levels, and any specific requirements.
Plan Generation
Click "Generate Plan" to create your personalized training schedule using AI-powered recommendations.
4 Calendar Management
Your calendar provides a comprehensive view of your training schedule and allows for easy customization.
Viewing Your Schedule

Customizing Sessions
- • Click on any session to edit details

5 Strava & Garmin Connect
Connect Strava or Garmin Connect to automatically sync your running activities onto your calendar. You can connect one provider at a time.
Connecting a provider
- 1. Open the Calendar page
- 2. Expand the "Strava or Garmin Connect" section
- 3. Choose Strava with the official "Connect with Strava" button, or Garmin Connect with the "Works with the Garmin Connect app" badge
- 4. Authorize Elite You, then return to your calendar
Strava
New activities typically appear within about 20 minutes. Use Sync Historical to import the last 30 days.
Garmin Connect
Activities from the last 60 days usually load within a few minutes. New activities arrive after you sync your device with the Garmin Connect app.
